I have a bookmark whose URL is:

file:///Bleeding%20Edge/Mozilla%20tree/src/mozilla/dist/viewer_debug/chrome/
global/content/default/commonDialog.xul

This file no longer exists. But I now see in my bookmarks menu and popup and item
"commonDialog.xul" that shows a folder listing for the Mozilla directory.

My guess is the file channel code that treats "" like a directory listing is to
blame here.

Fixed... switched some code over to use nsIFile instead of nsFileSpec.
