376967 - it downloads the same file if the name is the same!

for examples there are two different pictures (1 and 2) ,but with the same names and if you download the first picture and then delete it and then download the second one then you'll get again the first picture, NOT the second!
I found that deleting files from the temporary folder resolves the problem but do I have to do it all the times?
in the URL I've shared you first click on one link and listen to the sample song then click on another link and you'll see that it's the same song! but if you delete the temporary files you will get the song you should
this bothers..

I'm fairly sure that this behavior does not happen on trunk (Firefox 3).
