remove footers from amo-* lists?

When mailman appends its footer to an HTML message, it wraps it in multipart/mixed, which confuses at least the Blackberry into not displaying the message at all, and seems to cause some quoting issues with Zimbra that I haven't narrowed down yet.
Given the small set of subscribers of the amo-* lists, the value of the footer is lower, so I wonder if we could just turn it off for those lists?
(Somewhat selfish, but I'm probably not the only one affected by this.)

Done for amo-admins, amo-editors, and amo-l10n. If I missed anything, let me know. (And FYI, this is available in the "non-digest options" panel within the list admin, for future reference)
