Details

In the past it was possible to start thunderbird with a "-calendar" switch so it would default with the calendar-screen. This isn't working anymore at least npt with 0.5pre (2007041004). 

steps to reproduce:
1 start Thunderbird with: "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird Beta 2\thunderbird.exe" -calendar

result: 
Thunderbird is started the usual way

should be started in calendar-view
