I'm reading old bugs (don't ask why) and certain disabled accounts keep showing up, and i keep expecting to see them in <strike> but they aren't.

<strike> would probably be unreadable, so I'd like to propose that we use italics (<i> or <em> i don't really care) to show that the people are gone.

I'm assuming this isn't a customization by reed. (certainly the buglist variation seems highly unlikely.)

The current presentation of disabled users is a greyish link. The legacy show_bug page still uses a strikethrough though. I’ll fix bug lists as part of Bug 1529362.

Can color-blind users distinguish the greyish links from normal one?
