Attached file test case
regression form moving to themed scrollbars Given a box with a set width/height, and overflow set to scroll or auto. The box has opacity <1 applied. There is more content than what would fit the box. Expected: show scrollbars Actual: no scrollbars In the test case: the left box has opacity:0.5 applied. live case: tinderbox for camino, click on 'stuart.morgan' would show a box that overflows because of the long email address. http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=Camino&hours=12&maxdate=1176309723&legend=0

I think this is the same bug as 372994.
