regression form moving to themed scrollbars
Given a box with a set width/height, and overflow set to scroll or auto. The box has opacity <1 applied.
There is more content than what would fit the box.
Expected: show scrollbars
Actual: no scrollbars
In the test case: the left box has opacity:0.5 applied.
live case: tinderbox for camino, click on 'stuart.morgan' would show a box that overflows because of the long email address.
