Bug 361583 is making preprocessor.pl redundant in favour of Preprocessor.pl we need to do the same for xpfe/components/filepicker (which I've just realised is actually used by FF as well) and themes - both of which we'll need for suiterunner.
extensions/p3p I'm leaving as we're planning on killing that (bug 366611).
extensions/venkman and extensions/irc are make-jars related and should be done by their respective owners/devs (or at least different bugs).
Benjamin - can you do the build config review as xpfe/components/filepicker/src affects all apps not just SM.
I built with & without the patch and got no differences between the appropriate output files.
