1. From http://jimbob/trigger3.html, click Trigger Case button for Acceptance

RESULT:
Confirmation dialog appears.  The Ok and Cancel buttons are small and appear 
right against each other.  The buttons do not look like buttons.

EXPECTED RESULT:
OK and Cancel buttons appear similar to other OK/Cancel buttons from other 
dialogs.  A generic confirmation dialog that appears fine can be found at 
http://jimbob/bugs/confirm_it.html

Builds: 2000-05-02-09-M16(WIN), 2000-05-02-15-M16(MAC), 2000-05-02-15-M16(LINUX)

Changing Platform and OS to All.  All platforms now show these strange-looking 
buttons.  A generic confirm dialog's buttons still look correct.

this should be fixed together with making the dialog skinnable.
