The Mozilla Addon submission workflow documentation suggests that after a reviewer rejects a submission, the developer is able to make some changes and re-submit it.  However, after having one of my submissions rejected because of a bug that was found by the reviewer, i could not update the version, nor could i delete it and re-submit with the same version number.  i had to update the version number and re-submit, and now i've got a version stuck in the sandbox with nowhere to go.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Submit new version of an addon
2. Have it rejected by reviewer

Actual Results:  
Addon version shows up as "In Sandbox" with no option to retract submission or update it with a new artifact.

Expected Results:  
Have option to resubmit the addon update with the same version number and just replace the "In Sandbox" version; or, be able to delete the submission and re-submit with the same version number.

I think you can just go to the developer panel.  Open that extension, then in the list of versions click that one.  Up the top is a thing where you can get the file deleted. Does that fix the problem?

Michael's suggestion is the way it should work; if there is a specific bug in there somewhere, please file a new bug. Thanks!
