Some of the pending updates don't seem to have any item history listed.  They must have some sort of history as they were reviewed at least once otherwise they wouldn't be in the pending updates queue, they'd be in the Nominated Add-Ons queue.

We made all add-ons that were migrated from v2 public shortly after remora's launch. Those do not have any review history from Remora (and history from v2 was not imported.)
