377688 - multiple download prompts at the "proper" timing causes one prompt to not bind dyn data

When starting multiple(2 in this case) downloads from multiple new tabs(still 2) only the first download prompt had the normal data(filename, mimetype, etc).

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a page with link to pages that uses meta refresh to trigger downloads
2. open two new tabs to two different download triggering pages
Actual Results:  
I got one normal download prompt and one prompt(slightly off style) with unbound dynamic data, Grind sings(#) followed by numers.

Expected Results:  
Given two normal download prompts.

I had not used the download manager during this session before

Can you reproduce with SeaMonkey v1.1.9 ?

I suspect that the new download manager backend in bug 381157 will solve this in any case.

I#m marking this incomplete as it hasn't bee reproduced since being reported, please only reopen if you can reproduce with SeaMonkey 2.x nighties.
