I downloaded Seamonkey 1.5a today, 4/17/07, and unzipped it. when starting, the splash screen appears and then nothing happens. Task manager shows seamonkey.exe, but there's no cpu usage. I wish I knew how to give more info to you. 

I've backed up to using seamonkey 1.0.7, as versions 1.1 and 1.1.1 crash immediately on startup.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I just unzip the seamonkey-1.5a...zip file and doubleclick seamonkey.exe

Actual Results:  
Splash screen appears. 

Expected Results:  
Browser should start and Seamonkey screen should appear.
