I can create a task by double clicking in the "to do" tab.
But if I want to add a new task, even if the panel says "add new task", it only modifies the current task.
Therefore I can have no more than one task this way.

This was reported before with Bug 353791. Workaround: You can also create new tasks using the menu command File -> New -> Task or the optional toolbar button available from menu View -> Toolbars -> Customize.
