the vertical scrollbars are enabled all of the time in the image map editor. 
They should only be enabled when the image is larger than the window.

No thanks. I figure it's proably my CSS for the html page. I had to use 100% 
height values for both the html and body tags to get the ploygon container divs 
(also set at 100%) to strecth properly (bug?). I had planned to look into this 
this weekend, so I'll let you know if this is the problem.

OK I finally had a chance to look into this and it was just a CSS hack I was 
using for compatibility with older builds. I have made this fix and a few other 
which I will submit to Kathy tonight.
