It makes no sense to have a plugin installed but totally disabled, the current setting is useless. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. NoScript can do it, but it also includes nonsense like its "XSS prevention" and also their very idea to block JS shows general incompetence so I would rather avoid it.
