After upgrading to Thunderbird 2.0.0.0, I tried creating an event in Lightning 0.3.1, and inviting an attendee. It allows me to enter the attendee's email address in the event creation window, but an email is never sent. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create new event in Lightning
2.enter attendee email
3.click send/receive
Actual Results:  
attendee invite is never sent

Expected Results:  
email should be sent to attendee inviting them to the event.
Sending invitations feature is not available in Lightning 0.3.1. This feature will be added with the upcoming Lightning 0.5 release.
