I see this as well, but if you wait about 30 seconds it seems to redraw correctly.

I just tried again. and it is definitely doing this on my system.  If I do a print preview and then reduce the scale factor it looks like your screenshot.  But if I just let it sit like that an additional 5 seconds (I timed it this time) the image shifts and then all lines up correctly.  I find the behavior on my system even odder than your original report because I have no idea what would cause it to redraw after 5 seconds.

this now WFM, page print preview of that page displays correctly.
