I've enabled message filters to redirect mails to a local folder. It doesn't show any new mail notification when a mail comes to that folder

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a message filter to redirect the mail to a local folder
2.send a mail which satisfies the filter
3.no new mail notification appears

new mail notification expected

I can confirm the existance of this bug in the release version of Thunderbird 2.0 (2.0.0.0 - 20070326).

I have many filters that move incoming IMAP email to various local folders, and these filters no longer trigger mail notification when I receive email.
