Currently it is not clear to me in the entry screen to test runs that you can actually click on test runs. Need some way to delineate that links are clickable other than the hover method.

Dark green link text, with light green hover background (w/ border) that matches "recommended" and "in_use" styles elsewhere in the site.

Yes, I think that makes enough of an impact that users will understand it is something to click.
