Tabs with more information tend to get cropped at the bottom of the display (e.g., "general", "display|formatting", "composition|general", etc.). This prevents reading the information and accessing any associated controls. This was a problem under 1.x release as well. I am running under WinXP "normal size" (96 dpi) screen resolution. In apps I've written I've had problems before when I was selecting larger fonts.

Several fixes pop to mind: 1) Revise layout code, 2) Add vertical scroll bar, 3) allow user to resize dialog (ugliest).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open options dialog and navigate around.
2.
3.

This is so obvious that there must be something about my display settings that makes it common on my system but not on those of others.
