Scrollbars of TEXTAREA, SELECT multiple, IFRAME elements shine thru a overlaying DIV layer with set opacity.

Expected Results:  
The scrollsbars should be dimmed like any other elements.

It now works fine on trunk. Yet another incarnation of bug 187435 (the scrollbar is painted above everything else).
