I have created a new filter on my local folder and sub folders that a receiving email should be taged as "Job" / color green. But the filter works only if I click on "Extras" -> "Apply Filters on Folders" ... other filters that move emails to other folders works automatically but the a filter that tags only dont works.

do you have the option set to quarantine incoming pop3 messages?
how can I set this option ?
It's set in tools | options | privacy - but I think you might not want to set it - there's a bug that says filters can't apply tags if it's set.
yes this option is set
turning it off would probably fix your problem, then. Marking as dup.
