After building for over 11 hours, I think it's safe to say it's not going to manage to finish.

I've got nfi about appropriate severity, since the only guidance ever was coop's weblog post about the handover to IT, saying to file with "the appropriate severity," but since it's tier 1, and the 1.8 tree should be closed if it doesn't have Windows builds, and closing the 1.8 tree means closing everything because we're broken like that, I guess it's a blocker.

It was hung in sh.exe with the error:
"12461 [main] sh 27768! _pinfo::dup_proc_pipe: DuplicateHandle failed, pid 27768, hProcess 0x6E4, Win32 error 6"

Looks like the typical windows linking issue above that. I've killed the running tinderbox instance and restarted it.
