We're going to want a blocking-thunderbird3 flag pretty soon to keep track of blockers for the next major version. If you can add it to all the components that currently get a blocking-thunderbird2 flag, that would be great. Thanks!

approvalthunderbird3 and blockingthunderbird3 don't have the same domain. e.g. Mozilla localizations is only available in blocking....
