When creating a message filter, there is no option for "Junk Mail Status." Let's say I would like to make a message filter which moves all messages marked as junk mail where from-address contains "@mozilla.org" to a specific folder. Today this is impossible since the junk mail status is not stored in the message header.
Thus, the in the Message Filters dialog, the options below "For incoming messages that:" should also include Junk Mail Status.

1. Open "Message Filters..." from the "Tools" menu.
2. Open the select-box below "For incoming messages that:

Normal filters run before junk mail filters, so those statuses would not exist for incoming mail. xref bug 198100
