Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://marketshare.hitslink.com/report.aspx?qprid=0
2. Hover the mouse over the month or year menus near the upper left corner
Expected Results: Menus appear directly under the month or year
Actual Results: Menus appear shifted to the right so menu items cannot be selected
These menus were working in Firefox 2 and SeaMonkey 1.1, but are broken in Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a5pre) Gecko/20070429 Minefield/3.0a5pre and Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a4pre) Gecko/20070426 SeaMonkey/1.5a

Can you provide a minimized testcase, or regression range?

Regression range:
Minefield build 2007031504 has the menus in the correct position
Minefield build 2007031605 has the menus in the incorrect position
