I swear we talked about this somewhere, but I can't find it at the moment. Smokey?
Yeah, I have the same recollection, but I can't find anything, either.

One thorny issue is having History as a collection, and the other is UI: does the search field switch to this by default?
Despite the thorny issues, I think it would be a good idea to do this. This is probably something we should discuss soon-ish, like at next week's meeting.
[11:07am] <pinkerton> seems reasonable

Confirming. My gut feeling on this is that history should not be searchable via the global search because it would be confusing, and that the search field should default to searching all existing bookmark collections unless a collection is selected (in which case it searches within the selected collection).

This bug has been buried in the graveyard and has not been updated in over 5 years. It is probably safe to assume that it will never be fixed, so resolving as WONTFIX.
