User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070309 Firefox/2.0.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.3) Gecko/20070309 Firefox/2.0.0.3 Often when a new tab is opened or a tab is closed a portion of the tool bars above the tabs are transparently painted over the previously opened tabs. The over painted items are usually cleaned off after a few seconds. Mousing over a tab also causes it to be over painted. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open a new tab, close a tab, or mouse over a tab 2. 3. Actual Results: As an example, a single tab is open with this window "Enter a Bug", after opening a new tab "File Edit View History Bookmarks" are painted over the Mozilla logo and "Enter a bug" in the first tab. After a few seconds the first tab is restored to the logo with "Enter a bug". Mousing over a tab will cause "File Edit View History Bookmarks" to be painted on top of the tab moused over. At other times I have seen potions of the Google Toolbar painted over the tabs. Expected Results: Tabs should not have any portions of the window above them painted over the tab text. I do not know if it is related but after installing Thunderbird 2.0 the titles of many of the messages in my inbox were over painted with the message text above them. When a message was selected the over painted text was removed. Unfortunately the over painted text was restored when the message was deselected. I had to revert to the previous version of Thunderbird as this bug makes 2.0 unusable.
