i tried installing the "PERL CHECKSETUP.PL" after a few minutes of  installation of some files it said "DBD::ROOT" is missing and needs to be installed throught ppm.but when i try to install it through ppm it say "PPM INSTALLATION FAILED DBD::ROOT FILE NOT FOUND" what should i do now??

What's the exact output of checksetup.pl? And which version of Bugzilla are you running?

Attachment: attachment is about the actuall output of "checksetup.pl"

AM USING BUGZILLA VERSION 2.23.3,THE OUTPUT AFTER THE PRECOMPILING TEMPLATES LINE IT SAYS "BUGZILLA REQUIRES THAT PERL'S DBD::ROOT TO BE INSTALLED" ,I RAN THE INSTALLATION AGAIN SAYING "PPM INSTALL DBD::ROOT" IT SAYS "OPERATION FAILED NO SUCH FILE IS AVAILABLE".CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS
