If Firefox crashes and you try doing one of the following, you will get two dialog boxes. This only happens if you have multiple tabs open.

1. Open a link from an email
2. Open a Internet Shortcut link or a local .html file on your computer

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Having multiple tabs open in Firefox and end the task using Windows Task
Manager and do either of the following.

2a. Open up a link from an email message and you will get the following dialogs:

Firefox says "Firefox - Restore Previous Session", but there is also a dialog box "Locate Link Browser" searching for *.exe files

2b. Open up an Internet Shortcut link from your desktop or a local .html file from on your computer and you will get the following dialogs:

Firefox - Restore Previous Session and "http://www.getfirefox.com'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search."

Expected Results:
