Currently, the Firefox system requirements page says indeterminate things like "Minimum System Requirements: Microsoft Windows 98". As we've just seen with bug 379738, no one was sure if we supported Windows NT 4 for Firefox 2 or not.
We should be clear about our supported OSes, just like the Thunderbird system requirements are. [1] There should be no doubt on supported OSes or systems.
I'm sure we'll need some sign off from products and/or marketing on what OSes we support, but I'm fairly sure the list Thunderbird has is correct. Can we just copy over most of their content?
