Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98; (R1 1.5)) Build Identifier: Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.3 While viewing a webpage, if you click on a link within the page, the bar at the bottom of the screen which lists the address of the new page being opened will often (half the time) say "stopped", and then that page will not be loaded; it will show the little symbol for "working/loading" with the arrow going around in a circle. Sometimes I must close Firefox and restart it to get the link to work. Sometimes I can close the tab and reopen the original page and the link will work. Sometimes I can double click on the link and it will go to the desired link. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.click on a link within a page 2.address location will say "stopped" and fail t load 3. Go to the webpage I clicked upon
Please retry: - with a reinstall in a new empty folder - in Firefox's safe-mode to exclude extension/theme problems - with a new profile. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode_(Firefox) http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_Folder
