379958 - Joey Addon - Sidebar for the Joey Client ( RFP )

I really like Joey to have a sidebar UI. It would also let users Drag things to the Joey Upload space, see feedback on stacked items, and more. Something that looks like content, maybe on the right side. Some of the items could have: 

[1] Server interaction - using our AJAX/XML interfaces - this would push our server to keep maintenance of an XML view. And would add more to client flow testing since this UI would suggest users to check more against Joey server flows. 
[2] Add meta data to Joey items - for example, before upload you may want to add an additional description, such as a title, a tag ( in the fuure ).
[3] Access other related items - Joey Options, Joey Site; 
[4] Add new items - If an end-user wants to quickly use a type-in widget and pass new items to Joey - this can be now considered an exploration/exercise item.
