Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on any mailto: link that contains more than one recipient.

When running a website for a business, sometimes it's necessary to get emails out to more than one recipient.  This bug has a simple solution, but not all persons in the world are computer savvy and know to just delete the extra character.  Thanks.
Wrong separator; use comma instead, per spec
