I'm missing (especially business used) features like:
1. Images for contacts (if you have a lot of contacts this is a very helpful feature and already supported in many other mail progs)
2. Basic HTML and images in the notes-field
3. A field for birthday and anniversaries which could later be used for lightning
4. A contact overview with several columns so much more contacts can be seen and selected without scrolling down

Please keep one issue per bug. Please search for Duplicates before raising new bugs (if they cover address book you should look in the Core product under the "Mailnews: Address Book" component.

1) is a duplicate of bug 119459
2) is probably a duplicate of bug 273165 - IMHO it would be better for most users to have rich text support rather than html.
3) is a duplicate of bug 13595 and bug 151994
4) We already have a contact overview in the manner you describe, select Tools -> Address Book.
