Progress bar overflows its box
Steps to reproduce:
Use 5/2 mozilla or commercial Linux build
Remove ~/.mozilla
launch with -installer option
Actual results: Barber pole progress overflows its box
Expected results: progress contained in box
Will add picture

That thing is all over the place. Related to or dup of bug 32331
"progress meter paints the "barber pole" outside its boundaries"
