Thank you for your report. If you need general assistance, please see http://www.mozilla.org/support/ for various documentation and community resources you can turn to for help with your problem. Bugzilla is not such a resource - the purpose of Bugzilla is to track bugs in the software so that they can be fixed by the developers. It's important that Bugzilla is reserved for reporting actual problems with the software, in enough detail that the bug report helps us fix the problem. For a report to be useful to us, we generally have to have enough information to make it happen to us, on our machines. If we can't reproduce the problem, it's very difficult for us to find out the cause, because it makes it impossible for us to run any tests that would help to diagnose it. http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Bug_writing_guidelines has more details as to what exactly we are looking for in order to make that happen. Following the bug writing guidelines takes time, but it makes it much more likely that a developer will be able to identify the underlying cause of a problem and fix it in a future release. Again, thank you for your report.
