FIREFOX closes ramdomly causing loss of work!

1.I don't how to reproduce the errors. It's very ramdom and very annoying!

If we can't reproduce the problem, it's very difficult for us to find out the cause, because it makes it impossible for us to run any tests that would help to diagnose it. http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Bug_writing_guidelines has more details as to what exactly we are looking for in order to make that happen. Following the bug writing guidelines takes time, but it makes it much more likely that a developer will be able to identify the underlying cause of a problem and fix it in a future release.
