When a dropdown box is open and the pointer is outside the dropdown area, mousewheel events are not getting through to Mozilla.

To clarify: Per conversation with rods, if we have a dropdown box opened, mousewheel scrolls should scroll that dropdown no matter where the pointer is at onscreen. What's happening now is that when a dropdown box is opened and the pointer is not over the dropdown box, Mozilla doesn't get a mousewheel event, and for some reason it causes the dropdown box to roll up as well.

nevermind, i figured this out... this is because we check for a rollup listener
