Details

The problem is that the toolbar button for Menu->File->Open Saved message does not perform the correct action. To reproduce: - Customize the toolbar - Add the File->Open Saved Message... button to the toolbar - OK - Click the button on the toolbar - Note button pops up a menu of all the mailboxes. It SHOULD cause an open file dialog to appear.
