XUL Explorer is now hosted on Mozilla SVN (see http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/xul-explorer/) Now that the source is public, we have need for bugzilla support (feature requests, bugs and patchs). I do not know where the category/component should live, I am just requesting one.
XUL Runner is under components | toolkit, not sure if it belongs there since I don't know much about it.
