When there is a long text in the title attribute, only the beginning is shown and the remaining part is hidden behind dots (...).

Note that with Epiphany, the GNOME browser that uses xulrunner the long tooltips are displayed correctly and uses multiples lines

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a webpage where there is a long tooltip
2. Put the mouse on the element where there is a tooltip
3. Wait a moment
Actual Results:  
You don't see the complete text

Expected Results:  
to see the text completely
