The current 05/03/00 revision of the mail prefs spec calls for wording changes
for most every line in the Message Display (formerly known as Viewing Messages)
panel.

Please revise wording per spec.

Wording changes are ok. jun22 commercial build.
The addition of example text for the emoticon pref is still open, but is
basically covered under bug #39802.
