GKO-016a	At risk	Firefox on XULRunner (and shipping XULRunner platform)	
Per recent blog posts, we won't be shipping Fx3 on XULRunner.
To clarify the position. XULRunner will not be shipped as a OS system level component, it may be shipped with Firefox (as a private component).
