Description

Most of the time, saved searches we share with the 'editbugs' group (when we have no better idea) only interest a small subset of users. The result is that https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=saved-searches is filed with queries most users don't care about.

We should create some groups which are used to share queries with, such as 'Bugzilla', 'Firefox', 'Thunderbird', 'Calendar', 'SeaMonkey', etc... These groups would not be used to restrict bugs to. That's not the goal of these groups. As such, we could let quite a lot of trusted people to bless users for these groups (for most projects: the project owner and peers + users you trust well enough, as these groups are not security groups).

This means we could then share queries with users who have no other privs on bmo (especially who don't have canconfirm or editbugs privs) but who are still intersted in some queries, such as "blockers for Fx 2.0.0.4".

If other project owners and peers are not intersted, please morphe this bug to add the Bugzilla group only, and let justdave, myk, mkanat and me bless users for this group.
