Certain Hindi texts do not get displayed properly (display is fully corrupted)

Load the attached epatrikat.html file. There are two lines of text. The only difference between the two lines is the contents of text and everything else is same. The first line has a corrupted display and the second line is displayed properly.

This happens with/without new text frame

Note the html file is constructed by localizing the problem found in the website http://www.rajasthanpatrika.com. Lot of stuff gets displayed properly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Load the Attached html file (epatrikat.html)
2.The first line has a corrupted display 
3.The second line is displayed incorrectly.
Note the only difference between the two lines are the contents and nothing else.
Actual Results:  
One line has a corrupted display.
The second line has correct display

Expected Results:  
Both the lines should be displayed properly.

Non Mozilla browser displays the data appopriately. So I am guessing there is a bug in the software

The attachment contains no Hindi letters.
When this was reported http://www.rajasthanpatrika.com/ used a masquerade font, but today it uses proper Unicode Hindi.
