380914 - There's no decent way of re-opening the main folder window

If you close the main folder window there is no way of opening it again. No menu exists to open it and no command key will do it. The only way is to click on the dock icon.

Obviously this is Mac specific as closing the last window on Windows will quit the application. This is not the case on the Mac, so there should be a menu item to re-open the window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Thunderbird
2. Close the Window
3. Try and find a way of opening the window again.
Actual Results:  
There is no way of opening the window

Expected Results:  
There should be a way of opening the window.

This bug should not be used to implement windows like behaviour on the Mac, ie the application should not shut down when the last window is closed.
