The current default owner is mrbkap@gmail.com
Can we change the default owner to nobody@mozilla.org please?

Why nobody@mozilla.org instead of a person?
1. it's easier to see which bugs are being worked on and which are not
2. I kind of like the friendly "Nobody; OK to take it and work on it" message.
   As an Open Source project, I think that's the message we want to send.
3. less Bugzilla maintenance - when people become inactive you don't
   have to update the default owner
   (not that I expect that to happen in this case though ;-)

(FWIW, I'd really like to see nobody@mozilla.org as default owner for all
components)

The QA already is a component specific mail address (parser@content.bugs)
so it should be easy to track that for interested parties.
I'm not really sure if this is in bug 378950's scope, but the general plan has been to move to nobody@ default assignees and watchable default QA contacts.
