381061 - Context menus of other apps don't roll up when you right click in Firefox

STR:
1. Right click in The Finder.
2. Right click in Firefox.

Expected results:
Finder's context menu rolls up, Firefox's appears.

Actual results:
Finder's context menu doest not roll up, Firefox's appears.

Note that you must right click, not control click.

More right-click wierdness, possibly related (here too you don't see
the problem with a Control-click):

1) Start Cocoa-widgets Firefox and another Cocoa app (e.g. Console).
   Open (at least) one window in each app.  Give the Firefox window
   and app the focus, but leave the other app's window visible.

2) Right-click on the Firefox window -- a context menu appears.

3) Right-click on the "content region" of the other app's window
   (i.e. not on its Title bar) -- a context menu appears above the
   other app's window, and the Firefox window's context menu stays
   open.

4) Left-click anywhere on the other app's window -- both context menus
   disappear, but the other app doesn't gain focus.  Firefox keeps the
   application focus (though its window does lose the window focus).

5) The other app won't gain the focus until you left-click elsewhere
   (on the Finder or on the Firefox window) and then once again on the
   other app's window.

This also happens with Firefox 2.0.0.3.

Actually this appears to be an OS bug -- my results are almost
identical if I use Safari in place of Firefox.  The only difference is
that Safari's context menu disappears at step 3 (as opposed to
Firefox's, which disappears at step 4).

I should have mentioned that I tested on Mac OS X 10.4.9.

Fixed by patch for bug 387164, which just landed on trunk.
