There are no downloads for any phone yet. We are working on the client. Please be patient.

we should setup a .htaccess so that users get a special message when their software isn't there. wil, can you set this up?

A simple .htaccess fix is in r4013.
It just keys off of /ff/ in the URL - if it needs to be more specific, we can fix that too.

"That file is nowhere to be found." is the response when I try to download the client now.
Also, I get "We don't know how to send you an SMS" when I try to receive the client by SMS.

Hi John,
If you are seeing that, it probably means that we can figure out how to construct a email address to your phone.
Did you select a valid operator and use a valid 10 digit phone number?

marking last comment private due to john's phone number being listed. :-)
note that the problem is that the number he inputed was a 9 digit number. We need some logic around that phone number input.
John, if you use change your phone number to include the prefixed "1", does that work.
your number will look like:
1-xxx-xxx-xxxx

Erhm, he did put in a 10 digit number. You're asking for 11 if you put a 1 on the front.

No, it ain't.
I recreated a login, specified Nokia 9300, and the ten digit number as specified. The JAD tries to install, but I get 'Could not download required file.'
I then revised the profile with the eleven digit number, and still get the 'Could not download required file' error message.

I guess Comment #1 still applies then, since when I look in the /ff/ directory there are no files other than the 404.
I'm reassigning to Michael since it sounds like he's working on the client stuff.

John,
What phone type did you select? Or what is your login name? ( email it to me if you like ).
This will help me debug what you are seeing.
