I've noticed that nsSVGLengthList::mCtxType is always set to nsSVGUtils::X, but we need to set it to nsSVGUtils::Y for some attributes. As a result, percentage values for y-axis attributes are evaluated as percentages of the _horizontal_ viewport width instead of the vertical height.
